OUR HISTORY

PROMESA (Listed as a 501(c)(3) PROYECTO MÉXICO ECUATORIANO AL SERVICIO DE LOS ABANDONADOS) evolved into existence through the efforts of Padre Abraham Guerrero, Dr. Elena Parra and Padre Viliulfo Valderrama. Both priests have served as spiritual guides and developers: Padre Viliulfo Valderrama and Padre Abraham Guerrero. It also evolved and continued to grow through the hard work of  volunteers seeking to positively impact the poorest segments of the Mexican and Ecuadorian societies and to provide participating families with the tools needed  to improve their quality of life. As a limited project with few resources, the number of families we have been able to serve are few (Although we are seeking to expand) but the success we have been able to achieve in the families we have served are significant and far reaching.

Based on the quality and caliber of our success and the overwhelming need for the kinds of results our project has been able to achieve, PROMESA has developed an infrastructure that increases the capacity of our project exponentially and is now accepting donations from loving individuals, famlies and organizations world-wide to assist in our humanitarian efforts to change the lives of the poorest segments of society and embrace the the most important traditions of our christian faith.
